Goldman Sachs led the round, bringing Digibee’s total investment to over $90 million.
WESTON, Fla. — June 7, 2023 — Digibee, an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) company that helps organizations build flexible and highly scalable integration architectures, today announced it has received $60 million in Series B funding. The Growth Equity business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (Goldman Sachs) is the investor in the Series B round, which also includes Leadwind, a growth fund from K Fund, one of the leading venture capital firms in Southern Europe, Vivo Ventures, the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Brazilian telecom operator Vivo, Kinea and G2D, two of the largest private equity investment firms in Latin America.
The Series B round follows a $25 million Series A round led by Softbank Latin America Fund (later renamed Upload Ventures) and announced in February 2022, and an investment of just US$6 million in February 2019.
“We believe the market for enterprise integration platforms is one of the most promising globally. This partnership announcement with Digibee reinforces our equity business’ commitment to growth in Latin America and the United States,” said Hillel Moerman, Chief Executive Officer at Goldman Sachs.
“The solution developed by Digibee has supported large clients in relevant sectors, such as retail and banking. With the investment, the company will seek to expand its market share in Latin America and the United States,”said Natan Reinig, Vice President at Goldman Sachs.
Digibee will use the Series B funding for product enhancements, expansion of go-to-market initiatives, customer support in the U.S., and to support its continued success in Latin America. The Series B round helps Digibee advance its mission to revolutionize the way IT delivers business value with modern integration technology.
“Digibee is thrilled to receive this investment to help expand our continued growth and market share in the United States, and to help all of our customers globally accelerate business outcomes, overcome technical debt and the hurdles associated with integration requirements,” said Digibee CEO Rodrigo Bernardinelli. The funding helps Digibee and our growing customer base redefine integration as a task that many do, rather than a job that requires advanced and highly limited skills to perform. The benefit to our customers will be increased capacity and agility to support innovation and digital transformation with fast and easy integration."
